ANANA in Oman

ANANA in Oman

An interactive Musical Storytelling for children from 3 to 122 with Banana Handpuppet, Singing/Narrating, Flute/Kaval and Canun

In the first episode ‘Anana in Oman’, ANANA tells how she lost her original first letter, the B, and thus saved the life of a small one-winged butterfly.

ANANA - the funny and empathetic hand puppet - gives children a creative approach to language and music. Actively listening and participating in music is a playful, enjoyable and barrier-free experience. At the same time, the children learn about the sounds and languages of different countries and cultures. In this way, ‘ANANA’ helps the children to develop transcultural skills and an openness towards other languages and cultures.

ANANA in Paris

ANANA in Paris

"With which luck did the wind carry me to this place?" Anana asks herself at the beginning of the story and proudly puts on her beret. But many dangers await our little banana peel in the big city: first it ends up in the organic waste, then in the Parisian sewerage system... How will she manage to become a star on the big ballet stage in the end?

In this episode, the hand puppet Anana tells of her adventures in Paris. Anana is musically supported by the canun-player Eleanna Pitsikaki, the singer Theresa Stenzel and the flutist Vladimir Dindiryakov. The audience is also invited to sing, dance and clap along.
